Fibergutter Shipping Policy (Applicable to Distributors Only)

To continue providing exceptional service and maintain efficiency in our logistics, Fibergutter is updating our shipping policy for distributor orders.

Minimum Order for Free Shipping:

  • Orders totaling $1,500 or more will qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders Under $1,500:

  • Any order with a subtotal of less than $1,500 will be subject to shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your invoice.

This policy is designed to encourage efficient ordering, reduce our collective environmental impact, and help maintain competitive pricing. We strongly encourage distributors to consolidate orders when possible.

Fibergutter Return Policy

At Fibergutter, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned items must be unopened and unused.
  • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at [insert email or phone number] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Fibergutter error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Fibergutter is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • The original payment method will be credited, less the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
